With over 15 years of experience as a Pilates educator and Doctor of Physical Therapy, movement has always been my passion and purpose. My approach combines anatomical precision with mindful flow — helping students connect deeper to their bodies while moving with confidence and clarity. At égoïste Academy, I’m here to share my knowledge, my energy, and my love for Pilates with you.

We are Cécile and Lea and founded our company in 2024. égoïste is a lifestyle and wellness brand with a main focus on movement, especially pilates. In our academy, we train people to become mat and reformer pilates trainers. This is your path into a new chapter of your life. Coming from management backgrounds with over 15 years of experience in leadership, project management und expansions roles - we are happy to help people to step back from traditional 9-5s into a life full of presence and deep connection.
